Delivery Information



Please note that we have different delivery charges for in-store purchases and for online purchases as stated below:

In-store delivery Policy:

There is NO CHARGE if the customer takes the items with them or arranges their own delivery.

All local deliveries up to 50km from the store will be charged at R650.

All deliveries further than 50km will be charged at an additional R12 per km.

If a customer is closer to another Full House branch, that branch may deliver on behalf of the invoicing branch. In this case the lower delivery charge will apply.




Online Shipping Policy:

Our services are available throughout the Western Cape from Monday to Friday 08h30 to 18h00 to both business and residential addresses. No deliveries will take place on a Saturday, Sunday or any other public holiday. Delivery arrangements will be made with you prior to delivery.

Some of our deliveries are done by outside contractors and/or courier services, dependant on which is the most economical way in which to service you, our customer. Turnaround times are based on stock availability at the warehouse and across our distribution network, and distance from main city centre. Normal turnaround times are 3-14 working days.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for and receive your goods at the time of delivery. We will deem it you, as the purchaser, assign without prejudice and without a proxy, to a party other than yourself, to sign for your goods at your specified and confirmed delivery address should you not be present at the time of delivery.

Delivery is only guaranteed to be delivered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Please ensure all delivery details including the postal code are accurate, as you will be liable for all additional handling and shipping charges because of such errors.

We may request identification upon delivery and delivery may not be received by minor children or any person without legal capacity to complete legal transactions. It shall be the customer’s responsibility to properly inspect the delivered goods. If packaging shows visible damages, it is advised to make a clear note of such damages on the waybill when signing for the goods. All damages and discrepancies must be logged at Head Office on number (021) 526 4300.

Failed delivery where there is no one available to receive the purchased products at the recorded address, after confirming the delivery, a booking fee may be charged depending on the cost implication. You will be notified of the delivery failure within 48 hours.

Distribution to your nearest Full House store takes between 3 to 14 working days.

Collections available from Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Sundays and Public holidays) during trading hours at your selected store. Collection at Montague Gardens warehouse available from Monday to Friday, 09h00 to 16h00. You will be notified by one of our friendly staff when your parcel is ready for collection.

What will Delivery Cost be?

The price of delivery is calculated automatically, and the amount will be displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout before the payment process is completed.

Collection of online purchases at any of our stores is FREE of charge. Bakgat!

Incorrect items or quantity delivered

If you are not completely satisfied with the item, we will gladly exchange it within 14 days or refund your money.

Should the wrong products or the incorrect number of products be delivered to you, you need to notify Full House immediately so that we can rectify the situation.

Please note, the original receipt must be supplied. The item must also be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
